Order Fulfillment

We strive to fill and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Fulfillment times may vary between 1 and 14 days, depending on inventory and shipping logistics. As a small, family-operated ranch, some items may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, we will reach out to find a resolution that works for you.

Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase, as we are unable to modify or edit orders once they are placed.

Product Weight

Our beef products are sourced from individual animals, leading to natural variations in size and weight. While we provide general weight estimations, exact weights and cuts may differ slightly. We strive to offer accurate representations of each product and appreciate your understanding of this variability.

Shipping and Handling

Given the perishable nature of our products, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. All orders are shipped frozen with dry ice to maintain product quality during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep products frozen for at least 3 days, but this may vary depending on external temperatures and geographic location.

We recommend that you plan accordingly to receive your order promptly upon delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Payment and Billing

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes and any applicable fees. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase.

If there are issues processing your payment, your order may be delayed or canceled. Please address any payment concerns promptly to avoid disruptions.

Returns and Refunds

Due to USDA regulations, we cannot accept returns for perishable items. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage, please contact us at Didierranch1902@gmail.com. Providing photos of the package and any issues will help expedite resolution.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Taxes

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where it is required. Taxes may vary based on current rates and regulations.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses but will do our best to assist with solutions.
