From one place: our family ranch in Oklahoma. Every animal is born, raised and finished right here — never outsourced. Pierre Didier founded the ranch in 1902, and four generations of the family have worked this ground since.

Premium USDA Choice beef, dry-aged 21 to 28 days. Grass-fed in our pastures and grain-finished on crops we grow ourselves. No added hormones or mRNA vaccines. No added flavors or ingredients. Product of the USA.

Yes. Our cattle are grass-fed in our own pastures, then grain-finished on crops we grow right here on the ranch. Grass-fed, grain-finished, and on our ground from birth to finish.

Your box is packed frozen and shipped in insulated packaging, straight from the ranch to your door.

Boxes leave the ranch frozen and are packed with insulation to hold that temperature for the trip. Your beef should arrive frozen. If it doesn't, tell us and we'll make it right.
