I quit eating beef about a year ago. At 72 years old, I worried that the meat I was getting from the local grocery was contaminated, fake or both.

My husband & I farmed our whole life until we recently retired. We raised red angus/limousine cross cattle. The meat was the best, tender with a sweet flavor & our cattle was very content. I recently sent "The Boss" box to my son for his birthday. When I asked him how he liked it, he said, "It was awesome, been a long time since I've had a steak that good. It was like eating our own meat". Our son does not give praise easily, you have to earn it. Good work Didier Ranch & thanks for everything.
