I just made one of their filets last night and it was the most tender steak I’ve had in years!!! Even compared to the best restaurants!
I smoked a ribeye and a sirloin. Did the dry rub then slapped them on the trager. Cooked them to a perfect medium rare and time for a rest. After 15 I cut the sirloin for my lovely bride. Went to tell her dinner was ready. Heard a strange noise and saw my beautiful ribeye going down the gullet of my daughter's dog. He ate the entire steak in one bite! He's a big dog. He gives the ribeye a 5 out of 5 thumbs up rating!!!!
So far we cooked up our Filet Mignons.. and WOWZIE... they are amazing!!!!!!!! We are cooking up our ribeyes tonight....! LOVE THEIR MEAT! This is my second order. Love having their meat stocked up in my freezer.. Makes it easy to have consistent quality meat on hand.

Boxes leave the ranch frozen and are packed with insulation to hold that temperature for the trip. Your beef should arrive frozen. If it doesn't, tell us and we'll make it right.
