I smoked a ribeye and a sirloin. Did the dry rub then slapped them on the trager. Cooked them to a perfect medium rare and time for a rest. After 15 I cut the sirloin for my lovely bride. Went to tell her dinner was ready. Heard a strange noise and saw my beautiful ribeye going down the gullet of my daughter's dog. He ate the entire steak in one bite! He's a big dog. He gives the ribeye a 5 out of 5 thumbs up rating!!!!

I wasn't sure about buying meat online without comfirm it's "freshnes" physically, but I'm glad I give this a chance. You can taste the difference in the quality of the beef. Now I'm not going back to store bought meat. I just can't. You guys are awesome! God bless you!
Bought the boss to try it out. Was so good have now setup a monthly subscription, the only food good enough for a subscription.
