Great tasting meat , good looking
We had our first Didier Ranch steaks tonight, and man were they good!
We selected two of the Ribeye's. They were seasoned with Black Truffle Sea Salt, and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, and then allowed to rest until they were almost room temperature. Cooked them over a hot charcoal fire until they reached 120F(4 minutes on the first side and 3 &1/2 minutes on the second side). I let them rest for 10 minutes. They were a perfect medium rare and soooo delicious! (Better than some Wagyu I have had!)
So tender and tasty. Will buy again!!
