All of our beef is raised on our family-owned ranch. Our cattle are pasture-raised, grain-finished, and never given added hormones or antibiotics.

What makes Didier Ranch beef different?

Is your beef grass-fed?

Our cattle are pasture-raised on native grass and then grain-finished to deliver rich marbling and bold flavor. This process ensures tenderness and the kind of taste you'd expect from a top-tier steakhouse.

How is the meat shipped?

All orders are shipped frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice. This ensures your beef stays cold and fresh during transit.

How long will my beef stay frozen in transit?

Our packaging keeps the beef frozen for up to 72 hours. Once received, it can go directly into your freezer or fridge.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all 48 continental U.S. states. Shipping times may vary based on location.

What if there's an issue with my order?

We stand behind our product. If something isn’t right, let us know.

If your meat is thawed but remains cool to the touch, it is safe to consume within seven days or can be refrozen for future use. In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product upon arrival, document the issue with photographs and contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Also, file a claim with UPS at https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim

Once you provide evidence of filing the claim, we may offer a replacement or store credit based on an individual basis.
